Reservation Request Information
This Reservation Request form will allow us to verifying our availably, understand your event in more detail, and help us to build a package fitting your specific event needs to allow Houston Face Painting and Balloon Art to provide the absolute best service to you. You will be contacted following your submission to discuss your event in further detail, schedule the services as well as timing, and will complete the booking process with a standard 25% nonrefundable deposit, with the balance due at the event.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a callback and booking confirmation with deposit paid, should you cancel your booking, the 25% deposit is non-refundable.
For corporate events- cancellation will result in 25% cancellation fee of the invoice amount. cancellation within 48 hours a 50% cancellation fee of invoice amount is due. cancellation within 12 hours of event the full amount of the invoice must be paid.
