Reservation Request Information
This Reservation Request form is for the express purpose of verifying availability so that Houston Face Painting and Balloon Art can provide service at your event. You will be contacted to confirm the booking, at which point you will be notified to secure the appointed date and time with a standard 25% nonrefundable deposit, with the balance due at the event.
Once you have received a callback and booking confirmation with deposit paid, should you cancel your booking, the 25% deposit is non-refundable.
For corporate events- cancellation will result in 25% cancellation fee of the invoice amount. cancellation within 48 hours a 50% cancellation fee of invoice amount is due. cancellation within 12 hours of event the full amount of the invoice must be paid.
